Want To Lead A Community Ritual?
Staying with the standards of Eclectic Traditions (ET) of being eclectic (having variety), we are always in need of (High) Priestess' and/or (High) Priests from various pagan paths.
High Priestess/Priest: Is someone who leads a coven or a ritual and offers spiritual guidance to those who ask. In most pagan paths, every practitioner is a Priestess or Priest. The basic difference between a priest/priestess and a High Priest/Priestess is the knowledge, experience, desire, and ability to give of him/herself to their chosen pagan path and to be of service to others and the Divine.
That being said, if you wish to lead an ET Community Celebration/Ritual, some requirements must be met on both sides, yours and ET’s...

Requirements for Returning Leaders...
• Must write, plan, give a title to, and implement a ritual in accordance with the Season/Sabbath it reflects. Must submit it one week, in full, before the celebration date. It is preferred, but not required, that the rituals be written and formatted as if it were a play at the theater.
• Each submitted piece needs to have a paragraph with a brief explanation on thoughts/feelings/reasons why it was written the way it was; along with any explanations that may need to be expressed about the Ritual piece.
• The Author(s) names (and/or magical names), phone number, email address, and mailing address needs to be on the ritual also.
• Keep in mind where the ritual takes place and whether or not we can have fire (cauldron, candles, etc.)
• Provide the main specialty items of your ritual. (Please note what Eclectic Traditions provides in the list below.)
• Please keep in constant contact with check-ins on progress, and any questions, random schedule changes, and/or emergencies.
Requirements for New Leaders...
• You must meet Chol Romero, or other board member, in person.
• Must write, plan, give a title to, and implement a ritual in accordance with the Season/Sabbath it reflects. Must submit it 3 weeks before the celebration date. It is preferred, but not required, that the rituals be written and formatted as if it were a play at the theater.
• Each submitted piece needs to have a paragraph with a brief explanation on thoughts/feelings/reasons why it was written the way it was; along with any explanations that may need to be expressed about the Ritual piece.

• Elemental tables with decorations (unless you have a different set up or "boundary" request)
• Suitcase with lighters, matches, candles, salt, snuffer, incense, etc.
• Communication with attendees on anything you wish them to bring on their own, ex: photos, personal item for energy work, etc.
• Ask about craft items, or other specialty needs, we have a bunch of stuff but too much to list.
• Filtered Drinking Water
• Cups
• Plates
• Paper Towels
• Clorox Wipes
• Advertising & Marketing
• Support
